Thank you for visiting my campaign website. This is the online home of a grassroots campaign to bring civility and common sense back to the Iowa House of Representatives. Those are two qualities Iowans hold dear and they are two things that have been missing in the Iowa Legislature.

I’m a life-long Iowan. I grew up in Solon and graduated from the University of Iowa.

I will work with legislators and Iowans on both sides of the aisle to strengthen Iowa’s schools and bring new job opportunities to rural areas. I want to go to Des Moines to ensure your voices are heard at the state level. I’ve talked with many people in our community and too many feel their concerns are going unnoticed by their current representatives in Des Moines. Hard-working Iowans deserve better. I will make sure the voices of rural Iowans — not just special interests — are heard in the Iowa House.

Iowa is known for our strong schools, but we can make them better and make sure every student has the skills to land a good-paying job. I want to continue to build upon our strengths to ensure we continue to grow and thrive in this state.
